住居・地域の安全・安心についての意識と対策行動に関する統計的因果分析(第4部 学術論文,都市・建築に関わる安全・安心のフロンティア)  [in Japanese] CAUSALITY ANALYSIS FOR RESIDENTS' ATTITUDE ON SAFTY OF THEIR HOUSES AND LIVING ENVIRONMENT(New Frontiers for Safety and Security in Architecture and Urbanism)  [in Japanese]

Abstract

In this study, a questionnaire about residents' attitude on safety of their houses and living environment was made to grasp the present condition of it and the result was analyzed using the technique of factor analysis and statistical causality analysis. The main result is as follows: 1) The factor structure and the causal relation of constructs about safety (such as: "perceived risk", "emotional fear" and so on) were grasped. 2) The factor to raise execution rate of measures action is not perceived risk nor emotional fear but interest in environment.
