Abstract
Judicial Reform Council pointed out necessity of reconsideration of judge's personnel system in the opinion document submitted to a ministry in 2001. And judge's personnel's objectivity in an appointment procedure and transparency mentioned 4 reconsideration items. It's in Japanese Judge's selection method as a reason of the reconsideration. The Career Judge System to appoint is chosen among a new adoption person mainly in Japan. A CarrierJudge System is no problem in itself, but there is a problem that Japan is peculiar. This article examines the problems of the judge selection system by Japanese Career Systems.
