抄録

This study examines directions about activities of the Cure Business Company that designated as the care office. After The Care Insurance Code was introduced in April.2000, many senior citizens (over the age of 65) used this system. About five years later, it seems that the growing number of elderly people (the baby-boomer) used this system than ever. Therefore, the burden of care insurance gets heavy more and more from the present. At the same time, they bring the lack of the care employee. In April 2006, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare revised this system (addition to care prevention and carried out a cut of 2.4% in the whole care service) to evade care service burden. But, by the revision of The Care Insurance System, it didn't come to dissolve them. As we think about care insurance system , it is important to combine two branches : social (care business company) and family (old-age and its family), to exchange care information mutually. I think that it is necessary for senior citizens and it's family, the Cure Business Company the following points, (1) to introduce cash service (cash payment) in The Care Insurance system (to dissolve benefit between care business company and family care) (2) to control care employees all over (to exchange care employee between care business companies ) (3) to construct care information system between all of care business company(to check care level of old -age).
