- 2222 LMIを用いた物理パラメータの同定法(スマート構造システム同定・振動制御・診断)
Abstract
A method for system identification with Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs) is proposed in this report. We formulate the system identification problem of plants with known structures of their dynamical behavior (differential equation) and unknown values of physical parameters (or some functions on physical parameters) as an LMI optimization problem. With the present problem formulation we can easily incorporate inequality constraints on identified parameters, e.g., a constraint on the upper and the lower bounds and/or quadratic constraints, etc.. This property helps us to get the mathematical model that is physically meaningful because the physical constraint on the plants, e.g., the damping and the stiffness of the vibrating mechanical systems generally take positive value, can be easily incorporated in the proposed LMI-based identification method. Furthermore we show that time varying parameters also can be identified with the proposed method. The effectiveness and the possibility of the present identification method are examined with some simulation examples.
