抄録

Children with developmental disorders perform the sensory integration therapy using a horse swing. In the current state, it is difficult to evaluate effectiveness of the therapy quantitatively. The device which can sway the hose swing with constant amplitude is required and the evaluation technique of a posture reaction is also required in order to evaluate it quantitatively. To solve these problems, we developed the powered horse swing which can control the sway motion of the hose swing by the servo motor. And also we introduced 3-dimensional motion analysis in order to analyze the posture reaction. As a result of experiments for the healthy children and the development disordered child, there was difference in the angle of head and trunk between the healthy children and the development disordered child.
