抄録
Spray evaporation characteristics of rapeseed methyl ester (RME) for rich spike of DPNR after-treatment system were examined. The effects of ambient temperature, injection pressure and spray impinging on hot surface onto spray evaporation were evaluated by optical observations. As the results, the RME spray evaporated when ambient temperature was higher than 90% distilling temperature, however it was difficult to form fuel rich mixture in a short time because the evaporation speed was too low. RME spray was effectively evaporated when the spray impinged on hot surface over 350℃, even if the ambient temperature was lower than distillation temperature.
