抄録

This paper briefly reviews about precipitation at Kyoto and Shiga Prefecture from 1960 to 1991. Over 30 years there were not any differences locally and temporally about NO_3^-, SO_4^<2+> and NH_4^+ that were sensitive to human impactions. Recently 85.8% of precipitation were lower than pH 5.6 and 62.4% were lower than pH 5.0. Comparison with Ashiu Experimantal Forest, Ryuou and Kiryu, there was no clear difference in SO_4^<2-> concentration, NO_3^- and Ca^<2+> concentrations in Ashiu were lower. SO_4^<2-> concentration suggested an index for the estimate of large area air pollution, NO_3^- and Ca^<2+> concentrations are the indexes of local area. Input of throughfall increased 3 to 4 times by collecting gaseous pollutants and airborn particulates of leaves with large leaf area.
