抄録

In this study, the workshop for disaster mitigation, which was carried out in Akumi and Azumada-Nishiwaki, Toyohashi City, was reported. The characteristic of this workshop is that local residents make a map for disaster mitigation using not a paper map but a WebGIS. As a result, they could efficiently make the map in comparison with conventional workshops with paper maps. It is thought that such workshop with WebGIS is very effective. In future, we will carry out such workshop with WebGIS in whole a Toyohashi City.
