災害対策本部等における応急対応支援システムの開発  [in Japanese] Supporting System for Initial Response at Disaster Countermeasures Office  [in Japanese]

In order to support initial responses after large earthquakes, we have developed a system that can easily estimate the damage and amount of demanded for initial responses in municipalities' level. Based on these functions, we have developed the decision-making support and real time information management system that can present comprehensive response targets at an arbitrary time and can show practical manuals for the responses and so on. Since the system is mainly built by using Microsoft Excel, it can be easily introduced into municipalities and also easily operated by person in charge of disaster countemieasures.
