Abstract

長距離光ファイバ伝送路におけるPSK信号のアイ開口劣化に見られる原理的,基本的な性質を,強度変調信号との比較を通して明らかにする.分散配置伝送路における異常分散/正常分散の配置順序の違いを除けば,両者は同等のアイ開口劣化特性を持つことを示す.

This paper describes the basic characteristics in eye opening penalties of PSK signal propagating in long-distance optical fiber transmission lines, comparing with those of the IM signal. These modulation formats show almost same performance, except for the order of normal/anomalous dispersion in dispersion-managed lines.
