抄録

It is important for effective utilization of earthquake information to gasp the resident's intention of earthquake damage mitigation based on earthquake information.This study analyzed the consciousness and factors relating with earthquake damage mitigation through questionnaire investigation in high-risk areas for earthquake.Firstly,characteristics of acknowledgment for earthquake information are shown.Secondly,the factors of the action and the idea relating with damage mitigation are analyzed.Lastly,the factors of the damagemitigation demands are examined by covariance structure analysis.Results indicate that attachment to area tends to decrease awareness of danger(s)and etc.
