シーンを撮り貯めておいて後で加工・編集して視聴する新しい「撮り貯め映像視聴スタイル」の実現に向けて,空間をいろんな方向から高品質に撮影して蓄積するための多視点映像撮影エンコードシステムを提案する.提案システムでは,HDレベルのカメラ映像を撮影しつつ多視点映像符号化の国際標準方式MVCに準拠した形でエンコードして蓄積することが出来る.カメラ間の視差補償を行うことで品質が向上することを確認した.
This paper proposes a high quality capture encoding system of multi-view video to realize a new video viewing style by which a user can edit and see the video that has already captured and stored. The proposed system achieves capture encoding multiple HD size camera videos real time as an International Standard MVC format. Experimental results are shown that inter-view prediction between cameras achieves higher quality encoding.
