Abstract

ポスト壁導波路の解析では計算を高速化するためにポスト壁を,管内波長が等しくなる等価的な金属壁で置き換えている.この置換法は直線状の導波路に対しては有効だが,分岐や角のような不連続を持つ構造では誤差を生じる.平行平板スロットアレー用給電導波路を構成するT分岐の設計においても,等価金属壁モデルはポスト形状を考慮した解析に対して誤差を持つことを確認している.T分岐の不連続部である結合窓周辺に仮定する等価金属壁を見直し,ポスト壁導波路T分岐に対するより正確な近似モデルを提案した.

In analyses of post-wall waveguides, the post-walls are replaced by perfect electric conductor (PEC) walls which give the same guide wavelength of the post-wall waveguides in order to make the computation time short. This replacement works well for straight waveguides, but it has some errors for structures which have discontinuity such as junctions and corners. The authors have confirmed that the conventional PEC solid wall model has errors for the design of post-wall T-junctions. In this paper, the equivalent wall thickness of the PEC wall around the coupling windows is improved. A novel analysis model which gives good approximation of a post-wall waveguide T-junction is presented.
