TVMLによる手話アニメーションの一検討(手話・聴覚障害,HCGシンポジウム)  [in Japanese] A Study of Sign Language Animation using TVML  [in Japanese]

Abstract

我々は,誰もがテキスト台本を記述するだけで映像コンテンツを制作できる映像コンテンツ記述言語TVML(TV Program Making Language)の研究開発を行っている.今回,TVMLの手話アニメーションへの応用のため,多関節骨格構造をもつCG(Computer Graphics)モデルに対応したTVMLプレイヤーを新たに開発し,手話の手指動作を編集するソフトウェアを試作した.

We have been researching the TVML (TV Program Making Language) which enables all end users to produce video content only typing scripts. This time, we have developed the TVML Player for generating the sign language animation using multi-joint CG models, and we have made a prototype of an Action Editing Software to generate the CG sign language animation.
