Abstract

在宅介護業務におけるチームケアを支援し,在宅介護業務の効率化とサービス品質の向上を目的に,日々の介護業務記録を共有しモニタリングする機能とオンラインでのケアカンファレンス機能を実装した介護現場知の情報共有Webシステムの開発を行い,名古屋市内の事業所にて実証実験を行った.本論文では,開発した介護現場知の情報共有Webシステムの有効性について実証実験での評価を元に考察を与える.

Improving quality of care service is needed. We have developed web application sharing care knowledge Information for supporting team care. We have implemented monitoring function to share daily care information and care conference function to support online conference on this system. This paper reports development of web application sharing care knowledge Information, result of demonstration experiment and gives some considerations on this system.
