Abstract

IEEE802.1Xポートベース認証はLAN内における不正アクセスに対して有効な技術であるが,規格に対応したLANスイッチを設置する必要があり,既存のLANにシステムを導入する際には多大な費用と労力が課題となる.そこで,IEEE802.1Xを構成する機能のうち,通常LANスイッチに実装されるAuthenticatorの機能を中間的なサーバとして独立させることで課題を解決するシステムを提案する.

IEEE802.1X port base authentication is effective to an illegal connected prevention on the LAN, However, when the system is introduced into standard LAN, there are problems in cost and labor. In this paper, we propose the system that solves the problem by mounting Authenticator function as the middle server.
