10-1 海上速力試運転解析結果からみた内航船の省エネルギー効果について  [in Japanese] 10-1 On the Results of Speed Trial Analyses for Home-Waters Ships : Comparison between Conventional and Energy Saving Types  [in Japanese]

According to the trust of Maritime Credit Corporation, the Shipbuilding Research Centre of Japan carried out a follow-up of energy saving home-waters ships. Speed trial results of such 50 ships built from 1976 to 1981 as 499G.T. cargo ships, 699G.T. oil tankers and 999G.T. oil tankers were collected and analyzed. It was found that energy saving types of ships showed considerable reduction in propulsive horse power in comparison with conventional type of ships.
