高耐圧アドレスドライバIC(Hi-AD IC)を用いたPDP片側駆動方式(ディスプレイ一般)  [in Japanese] Novel High Voltage Address Driver (Hi-AD) IC for High Performance PDPs with Single Sustain Drive  [in Japanese]

Abstract

We fabricated a novel high voltage address driver (Hi-AD) IC, which is necessary for low loss and low cost single sustain PDPs. By adopting an IGBT for the Hi-AD IC, the cost of driver circuits can be reduced by 19% compared with a conventional dual sustain system.
