Abstract
As the domain of design expands from "Products" to "Behavior" and "Service", it has changed the object from visible to non-visible. This report describes the investigation of the cases with "Crowdsourcing" in North America and Japan. The spread of the rapid Internet which started in the latter half of 1990's has enabled to collect wisdom all over the world and easily to make use of them for the business and marketing. It has very difficult to collect the "Wisdom of crowds" before the spread of the Internet. The Crowdsourcing, however, will be able to apply the new service design. On the other hand, most of Japanese people will not be used to the Cowdsourcing, because they have not familiar to the business experience on the Internet yet. It is important to create the community in which the business coordinator who should not only collect ideas but also manage them overall.
