地上デジタル放送は単一周波数網による放送サービスを実現するために,従来のアナログ放送と比較して,TTLを多く用いたネットワーク構成となっている.特にTS方式STL/TTL回線では一旦回線に障害が発生すると,同期を再生するまでに時間を要するため,目線障害発生時における放送サービスへの影響が大きいことが知られている.この影響を軽減するために,TSパケットの正誤を自動的に判断し,常に正常なパケットを選択するTS切替器を開発した.
Digital terrestrial broadcasting network uses more TTL links rather than analog network in order to construct Single Frequency Network (SFN). Therefore even instantaneous TS-STL shut off propagates following TS-TTL links and influence on broadcasting service is not negligible, because a longer time is required for whole network resynchronization. In this report, development and evaluation result of TS switcher, that is able to reduce the influence on the service by implementing a function to eliminate anomaly packet, is described.
