新見公立短期大学地域看護学専攻科修了生過去4年間(62編)の公衆衛生看護研究(卒業研究)の取り組みと指導上の課題を明らかにするために研究内容を分析した。分析内容は研究テーマ、対象者、方法、キーワードである。テーマの分析では在宅看護(高齢者)が36%ともっとも多く、次いで成人保健(産業保健を含む)29%、学校保健21%、母子保健11%、その他3%であったが、広範囲にわたっている。テーマの動向を1-2期生と3-4期生で比較すると、成人保健・在宅看護はほとんど変化がみられなかったが、母子保健と学校保健は3-4期生に多くみられた。方法ではアンケート調査(84%)がもっとも多く、半構成面接によるインタビューが11%、文献研究5%であった。キーワードでは生活習慣が26%、高齢者が25%、育児関連が16%、高校生が10%等であった。テーマ・対象者・キーワードともに高齢者が多く、少子高齢化の進んだ過疎地域という本学の所在する地域の特徴を表している。
This is an analysis of public health nursing researches done by 62 students of Community Health Nursing Course of Niimi College in four years. This is intended to clarify the issues in instruction. I analyzed themes, objects, methods and key words of the researches. The most popular topic is nursing care at home (for elderly people) accounting for 36%, followed by adult health including industrial health (29%), school health (21%), maternity health (11%) and others (3%). Topics regarding maternity health and school health are more frequently seen in latter two years. Questionnaire is the most popular methods (84%), followed by half-constructed interviews (11%) and literature researches (5%). The most popular key words are: life habits (26%), elderly people (25%), raising children (16%), and senior high school students (10%). Researches having elderly people as themes, objects and/or key words are often seen. It shows the demographic and geographic characteristics of the site of this college where depopulation and aging of population progress.
