Abstract

人間と対話エージェントとの間に自然なインタラクションを実現しようとする際に,人間同士が行っているインタラクションのパターンに関する知識が役に立つ.しかし,対話エージェントに身振りのような非言語モダリティによるインタラクション機能を実装しようとする場合には,人間の非言語モダリティ使用の規則性が十分に明らかになっていないという問題がある.本論文では,人間の対面対話を定量的に分析し,話し手が用いる発話の種別の遷移に,規則性が存在するかを調査する.発話の種別のみに注目した場合と,発話の種別と発話が身振りを伴うか否かも含めた場合とを比較する.また,対話の冒頭及び終盤という異なる状況において,規則性が異なっていることを明らかにする.発話と身振りとの関係及び対話内での時間的な位置とを考慮に入れて人間の振舞いを分析すると,人とエージェントとのインタラクションにおいて,獲得された規則性をより適切に利用できる可能性があることを示す.
