抄録

これまでの高齢者虐待研究は、実態調査や量的研究を中心とした虐待の発生や要因についての分析であった。本研究では、「事例のメタ分析」という質的研究法を用いて、虐待の深刻化のメカニズムについての要因分析を行った。対象とした事例は、京都市長寿すこやかセンターに持ち込まれた高齢者虐待20事例であり、「事例のメタ分析」を実施してカテゴリーを生成し、そのカテゴリー間の構造化を図った。その結果、(1)虐待者および家族関係、(2)虐待者と被虐待者との人間関係、(3)被虐待者、(4)関係機関、にそれぞれ特徴が見出された。その一方で、虐待の深刻化を低下させるものとして、当事者側の要因、当事者と関係機関の連携、関係機関側の要因にその特徴が見出された。

The past studies of elder abuse was investigation into the actual conditions and factor analysis of occurrence of critical abuse, which was quantitative research. This study analyzed 20 cases of elder abuse in Kyoto City Total Support Center for Senior Citizens, using a case-meta-analytic method (a qualitative analytic method) and examined factors in critical elder abuse. It recognized four categories, 1)the feature of abuser and family, 2)the relationship of abuser and maltreated person, 3)the feature of maltreated person, and 4)the feature of the organization concerned. On the other hand, the factors which prevent elder abuse were found.
