Abstract
Welding of the two parts of metals are several methods, such as melting welding, friction welding and FSW (Friction stir welding). This study deals with the friction welding with the vibration of Aluminum. This welding method joints two metal parts adding the vibration of two parallel faces direction. Aluminum is one of the difficult-to-weld material because of easy generation of oxidized film. But the melting point of this metal is comparatively low. The experimental results of Aluminum welding show that when the frictional pressure is 28.6 MPa, frictional times is 10 second, mean of efficiency is 47%. Most of value is 59%, when the welding condition of frictional pressure is 33.4 MPa, frictional times is 12 second.
