The challenge we face today is how to cultivate science literacy in children's minds to ensure that great scientists and engineers emerge in the future. These challenges require that we make quantitative improvements in the number of classes and qualitative improvements in teaching content and teacher leadership in our education curriculum. This paper explores different methods of school management that focus on improving teaching guidance for natural science education and proposes concrete ways for schools to win trust by improving and enhancing the quality of their educational activities.
