体内術中計測に基づくレジストレーション手法の臨床評価への試み(識別,位置合わせ)  [in Japanese] Trial of clinical evaluation of registration method based on intraoperative measurement in the body  [in Japanese]

Abstract

手術ナビゲーションにおいて、実空間の人体とバーチャル空間の人体の位置合わせを行う三次元レジストレーションが最重要課題である。三次元レジストレーションの精度を向上させるためには、術中に体内の対象物近傍で特徴点や特徴形状の対応を獲得することが望ましい。本研究では、簡易かつ柔軟に計測可能な対象物近傍の血管の直線形状を用いた三次元レジストレーション手法を提案し、臨床実験に向けた評価実験として、ファントムを用いて、提案手法を実装し評価した。

AR surgical navigation visualizes a target object hidden behind other tissue to support a surgeon. 3D registration between real and virtual human body is a significant issue. However, the matching of markers on surface of the body has problem of estimating positions inside the body, because human body is not rigid. This paper proposed inside-body registration, which used vessel neighboring target tissue as pair-line and calculated coordinates transformation. In the experiment, great vein and kidney vessels were assumed as pair-line and the target object, respectively. The result of ex-periments using a phantom showed high robustness in estimating positions of the target object against the errors of measured positions.
