退行催眠時に生じる異言とそれが示唆するもの(第29回生命情報科学シンポジウム) On Xenoglossy Occurring in Hypnosis and What It Suggests(The 29th Symposium on Life Information Science)

退行催眠中に生じる異言(本人が学んだことのない言語を使うことが出来る異言と呼ばれる現象が生まれ変わり仮説を支持する強い証拠になることはよく知られている。大門他(2009)では、おそらく日本で初めての事例として、当人の経歴から、知っているはずがないネパール語を退行催眠中に話す日本人の例について報告した。本橋では、この事例について2009年の時点では十分検討がなされていなかった点を補い、より完全な形で報告を行う。

Xenoglossy (a phenomenon in which a person can use a language which he or she could not have normally acquired) is regarded as one of the strongest pieces of evidence for the reincarnation hypothesis. Ohkado et al. (2009) reported probably the first Japanese case of xenoglossy, in which a subject under hypnosis spoke Nepali, which she had never learned. In the present paper, we supply additional data and make a fuller report of the case.
