Abstract

Species from Thailand of the genus Melittia Hubner, [1819] are reviewed. Two new species, M. sukothai sp. nov. and M. bella sp. nov., are described and figured. Further three species, M. eurytion (Westwood, 1848), M. nepcha Moore, 1879, and M. gorochovi Gorbunov, 1988, are recorded from Thailand for the first time. Besides, M. gorochovi is redescribed and figured in due detail.
