Papilio maackii raddei ab. paki nov. Hindwing, upperside, central bluish green band as well as marginal crescent bluish green markings, extremely extend, so fuse together, also marginal reddish markings become very large. Underside, central yellow band and marginal red-purplish crescent markings very spread, so almost fuse each other. Hab. Kwangnung (Middle Korea) Apatura ilia substituta BUTLER. Hitherto, it was believed that substituta of Japan is equal to one of Korea, but in consequence of my scrutinizing, it became clear that both are to be distincted exactly. Both types (typical, and nigrescent) of Korea are larger or broader than those of Japan in orange or white markings of interspaces 1&2 of forewing, and in central orange or white band of hindwing, upperside. So I think that the name substituta should not be used exactly in the Japanese Apatura. Rather the name mikuni is to be adopted as the Japanese race. Apatura ilia substituta f. kwangnsnga nov. ♂♀ Upperside, hindwing, darkish dand containing the pupillated marking in interspace 2 nearly disappear. The very light form, somewhat resembles to here. Hab. Kwangnung (Middle Korea). Neptis raddei BREMER Neptis tshetverikovi KURENZOV Neptis Speyeri STAUDINGER Above-mentioned three species are at first recorded from the Middle Korea (Kwangnung). Especially here, the female of raddei is described. Neptis rivularis peninsularum MURAYAMAPsninsularum (Trans. Lep. soc. Jap., 11(2), 1960) is valid name, because N. coenobita (=rivularis) koreana SORE (1934) is preoccupied by N.pryeri coreana ESAKI et NAKAHARA, 1929. Favonius yuasai coreensis subsp. nov. In this time, this species is at first recorded from Korea. It differs from the Japanese specimens in the following points; Somewhat smaller, whitish scales in outer margin of interspaces 2, 4, 5, 6 of hindwing, underside, very conspicuous. Gronnd colour of underside more or less darkish. Hab. Kwangnung (Middle Korea) Favonius ussuriensis MURAYAMA The specimens from Ussuri were illustrated in "New Entomologist" 7 (4) :6. This species is very similar to F. latifasciatus, but the metallic green on upperside of male deep bluish (in latifasciatus golden green). Male genitalia, brachia becomes bold near the base, inside of valva, the former tip curved inside becomes saw-shaped chitinous matter, in the middle part, bears the crescent shaped chitinous matter. In this time 3♂♂ 1♀ are at first recorded from the Middle Korea (Kwangnung). Quercusia fujisana latimargiana subsp. nov. Male, upperside, marginal black band of both wings distinctly broader than the typical form. Underside, in both wings, area between the base and darkish brown band outside of discocellulars is very dark. Apex of forewing darker. Female, underside same as male, darkish brown band outside of discocellulars broader than male. Hab. Northern Kyushu (Mt. Hikosan. Mt. Homanzan, Mt. Inugadake, Mt. Sangunzan.) Japan. Glaucopsyche teleius daisensis ab. yoshisakai nov. Male, upperside, central black spot lines of both wings perfectly extinct, in the female remarkably educe. Hab; Mt. Daisen, Tottori pref., Japan. Cupido argiades seitzi ab. tukagutii nov. Female, this form lacks perfectly tails in hindwing. Hab; Kobe, Japan. Lycaeides argus micrargus ab. chiyodaensis nov. Male, underside, in both wings, outer submarginal black spot line and the red marking line spread conspicuously, inner submarginal black spot line perfectly evanishes. Hab; Yamagata, Japan. Zizeeria maha argia ab. kanonis MATSUMURA This female is an aberrant form very similar to ab. kanonis MATSUMURA. Hab. Hikone, Japan.
