Abstract

A new subspecies of Eurema sarilata (SEMPER) is described from Sibuyan Is. under the name of Eurema sarilata sibuyanensis. It is distinguished from all the described subspecies by an extremely narrow black distal border on the upperside and a much reduced apical patch on the forewing underside.
