舌下微小循環撮影装置の試作(ポスター講演)  [in Japanese] Sublingual microcirculatory imaging  [in Japanese]

Abstract

救急医療においてはショック症状など血流の乱れをモニタリングし,治療に反映させることが望まれている.この方法として,100μm以下の血管径をもつ舌下微小循環を非侵襲的に撮影するSDF(Sidestream Dark Field)撮影法が提案されている.我々は微小循環画像の高度な解析から臨床的により有用な情報を獲得することを目指し,まず独自にこの装置を試作しており,これまでに舌下の微小血管において血液が流れる様子を確認している.本稿では装置の原理や仕様などを述べるとともに,試作過程での各種の実験結果を示す.

In critical care, it is desired to monitor microcirculatory dysfunction to feedback it to the treatment. For this purpose, the SDF(sidestream dark field)imaging method that gives direct and noninvasive observation of sublingual microcirculation has been introduced. We aim to acquire clinically useful information from more sophisticated analysis of the SDF images and, as the first step, are making a trial model for SDF imaging. So far, we observed the blood flow in human sublingual microcirculation. In this paper, we present the principle and the specifications of the trial model as well as some images obtained in the experiments.
