抄録

A screw, a cylinder and a die, which are parts of molding machine, are forced to be exchanged in the short term because of being worn intensely by corrosion gas and glass fiber which PPS gives. Therefore we paid our attention to the Co based alloy (C-C-M Alloy) that is being developed as biomaterials for medical field such as artificial joint. We thought the C-C-M alloy, which is superior in Erosion/Corrosion resistance, could be converted into parts of molding machine. So we evaluated comparison the C-C-M Alloy with ready-made screw materials by the Erosion/Corrosion examination machine with plastic resin.
