我々は2005年に,空冷ビル用マルチに外部の冷熱源を取り入れて,大幅な省エネを達成する「ビル用マルチ冷媒サブクールシステム」を開発した.環境試験室や実際の建物における実機試験によって,当システムの省エネ効果を厳密に検証してきた.その結果,例えば東京の10,000m^2規模の事務所ビルに当システムを導入しか場合,年間冷房消費電力量を12%削減可能であるといった確度の高い推定を可能にした.本報では,当システムの開発の背景と概要を解説し,実機試験の概要と性能検証結果を報告する.
In 2005 we developed "Sub-cooling System with Multiple packaged air conditioning units". This system saves energy consumption of air-cooled air conditioner by cooling water, such as established cooling tower, well water and so on. In the past two years, we were verifying rigorously the effect of energy saving by several field tests. As a result, now we can estimate the effect of this system so exactly. For example, if a building for offices which has an area of 10,000 square meters in Tokyo introduce this system, electrical power consumption for cooler should decrease by 12% as compared with normal system. We explain the background and outline of the development and show the outline and result of several field tests.
