Abstract
UWB機器など広帯域の無線機器からの微弱な不要幅射を測定するシステムを開発中である.低雑音受信機からの出力はA/D変換後にサンプリングして長時間積分し,ラジオメーター法で平均放射電力を測定する.周波数帯は0.8GHzから26GHz以上であり,これを3つの周波数帯に分けて開発する.低周波数部と中間周波数部を試作し,ゲイン変動の較正試験を行い,受信機雑音温度を測定と機器の安定度を評価した.
Measurement systems for very week radiation from ultra wide band communication equipments, which averaged radiation is measured with radio-meter method and long term integration after A/D conversion and sampled. The bandwidth is planed from 0.8GHz to over 26GHz, which is divided to 3 bands. The low band system and midband system are developed and evaluaged gain flactuation and correction, system noise temperature, and stability.
