Abstract

近年,有機材料を用いた太陽電池の研究,開発が盛んに行われている.有機薄膜太陽電池の作製には,溶液法を用いることが出来るため,無機太陽電池と比べ作製が容易である.さらに,有機材料を適用することから,低コスト,柔軟性,軽量化が可能である.しかし,無機の太陽電池に比し,現段階では,電力変換効率,寿命が実用レベルに至っていないのが現状である.よって,有機太陽電池の電力変換効率の改善,長寿命化が重要である.本研究では,有機溶液に可溶な高分子材料であるPoly(3-hexylthiophene)(以下P3HTと略す)/C_<60>に置換基を付与して有機溶媒に可溶にしたphenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester(以下PCBMと略す)複合膜にPoly(3-Octylthiophene)(以下P3OTと略す)を混合し,バルクヘテロジャンクション(BHJ)構造を構成し,有機太陽電池の電力変換効率の向上を目指す.

Organic solar cells have been attracted attention due to their economic and lightweight nature that facilitates processing. However, the organic solar cells also have low power conversion efficiency and short lifespans. Therefore, with practical organic solar cells in mind, the solutions to these problems are important. To improve the power conversion efficiency of organic solar cells, the organic solar cell performance of poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (p3ht)/PCBM thin film using poly (3-ocxylthiophene) was studied with the bulk heterojunction structure.
