Abstract
PCBから放射する近傍電磁ノイズの電磁抑制材による抑制効果,侵襲性の検討を目的とする.FDTD法を用いた電磁界解析に磁性体の複素透磁率を組み込み,電磁抑制材を磁性体とした場合の解析結果が,測定結果と一致したため解析手法は可能となった.電磁抑制材の導電率,複素透磁率を変化させた場合の抑制効果を検討したところ,電界と磁界では抑制される導電率が異なり,高透磁率であるほど磁界に対して抑制効果が大きくなることが明らかとなった.透磁率ならびに厚さの異なる磁性体シートを用いて,磁界の抑制効果について検討した結果,透磁率が大きく,厚さが厚いほど磁界が抑制される.導電率ならびに透磁率の値により,近傍電磁界に対する抑制量が異なることから,磁性体と導体を組み合わせることで,近傍電磁界に対する影響を調整することができると考えられる.
The purpose of this study is to make clear the suppression effect and invasiveness for the near electromagnetic field by the conductor or the magnetic material put on the PCB. The FDTD analysis implemented in the complex relative permeability is executed to analyze the suppression effect of the magnetic sheet. The analytical result of the magnetic field distribution is good agreement with the measurement result. When the electrical conductivity is varied, the values of the conductivity, as the electric and magnetic field are suppressed, are different. When the permeability is varied, the magnetic field is decreased as permeability is the large. On the other hand, the electric field is not varied with the variation of the permeability. As the suppression effect by the different permeability and thickness of the sheet are measured, the magnetic sheet with large permeability and the thick sheet can suppress the near magnetic field. Combining the conductive and magnetic sheets, the invasiveness to the near electromagnetic field can be controlled.
