- 382 Analysis of Brain Injury on Macro and Micro Scale
抄録
In order to define mechanism of nerve damage which ascribable dynamics stimulation, brain tissue under the dynamics stimulation is visualized by immunoenzymatic technique and observing brain damage with the use of light microscope. In this study, we conducted following compression experiments by using pig brain from slaughterhouse. Cell body, and nuclear were observed by the light microscope.. In cerebral nerve under compression strains of 30%, deformation of cell body occurred. This deformation pertain brain damage by angular acceleration So microlevel brain damage threshold determined 30% strain late. This result conforms to research of axonal injury and cell injury by increase of Ca^+. So cell deformation pertain change of intracellular factor in brain damage.
