Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develope a structural understanding of embeddedness between indivisual and community. Drawing on social capital questionare inquires at 43 communities, I identify the effect of trust and attachment to the community which strongly relate to the accumulation of social capital with multilevel model analysis. Community effect looks not so strong, but trust and attachment effects suggest that indivisual level's these factors will be effective policy measures to improve the performance of community cooperation.
