抄録

We perform numerical simulation of nonlinear MHD waves in a gravitationally stratified cloud that is bounded by a hot external gas. The 1.5-dimensional MHD simulation shows that the cloud is lifted upward and establishes a steady state characterized by oscillations around a time-averaged equilibrium state. For an ensemble of clouds with different parameters, we find the relation σ∝Z^<0.5>, where σ is the time-averaged one-dimensional velocity dispersion measured at a size scale Z of the time-averaged equilibrium state of the cloud.
