抄録

Boundary layer transition on the top-line of a sharp cone and a flared cone at incidence are investigated experimentally. The transition location on the top-line of a sharp cone is predicted to be former than that at the side surface. The former movement of transition location is expected to be larger on the flared cone. Experimentally measured transition locations were in agreement with numerical prediction qualitatively. And boundary layer profiles indicate the existence of an inflection point, although the accuracy is insufficient.
