We have carried out three-dimensional numerical analysis of natural convection under an applied magnetic field in a cubic cavity with a finite difference method using the HSMAC algorithm. The governing equations are mass conservation, navier-stokes equation, energy equation, magnetic induction equation and its solenoidal condition. In this paper, we have calculated this model in 20 cases for magnetic Prandtl number (Pm) with a fixed Hartmann number. The numerical results reveal that Nusselt number tends to converge at that of no induction magnetic field calculation with decreasing Pm and at that of natural convection case without applied magnetic field with the increasing Pm.
