抄録

平成 23 年 3 月 11 日に起きた東日本大震災にて筑波大学も被災し，大学周辺地域とともに停電を体験した．その時の情報インフラに関する様々な対応，その後の復旧作業を振り返りることにより，今後の防災対策などを考えてみる．University of Tsukuba was struck by Tohoku Region Pacific Coast Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011. Moreover, our university experienced the power failure with the university surrounding area. It reflects on recovery efforts concerning the informational infrastructure at that time. As a result, we think about disaster measures in the future.
