• A Proposal of the Questionnaire on Anshin for Users without Technical Knowledge about Information Security

Abstract

従来の情報セキュリティ技術では，安全性を高めたシステムを提供することがユーザに安心感を与えると考えられてきた．しかし，情報セキュリティ技術において，安全性を高めるだけでなく，安心を提供することが可能なシステムを検討することが必要である．安心は心理学，社会学的側面が強く定量的に評価するのは難しく安心の定義について明確に定まっていないため，安心の定義やモデルの作成は重要である．安心のように主観的なものを抽出する手法の例として質問紙法があり，様々な調査で利用されている．質問紙作成では，領域の専門家の意見を取り入れて作成されることが多い．情報セキュリティに関する専門知識を持たないユーザの安心感を調査するための質問紙を作成する場合，専門知識を持つ被験者より専門知識を持たない被験者の意見の反映させることが必要である．そこで，本論文では，ブレーンストーミングとKJ法を用いて，情報セキュリティに関する知識がないユーザの意見を反映した質問紙を作成し，その評価を行った

Conventional research has been based on the assumption that users feel Anshin when provide with secure systems. However, users may not feel Anshin when provide with secure systems. We have conducted a few user surveys about Anshin, the sense of security that often indicates trust, and have identified latent factors through factor analysis. In our previous research, the questionnaire introduced feedbacks of users with technical knowledge about information security, but not introduced feedbacks of users without technical knowledge about information security. We produced new questionnaire that introduced feedbacks of users without technical knowledge about information security based on the results from brainstorming and the KJ method.
