抄録

90年代後半から先進諸国で顕在化してきた社会的排除を克服するためには、既存の社会保障制度だけではなく、多面的な支援策が必要である。なぜなら、社会的排除とは、所得の低さという一次元的な要因で起こるのではなく、多次元的な要因によって引き起こされるものだからである。さらに、社会とのつながりが脆弱なために、排除された人々は孤立を感じ、セルフエスティームの低下を招きやすいという特徴がある。そこで本研究では、障害者の抱える問題を現代社会に存在する構造的問題のひとつの象徴だと捉え、障害者の芸術的表現に焦点を当てて、芸術的表現がセルフエスティームをいかに育むかを明らかにする。……

Social exclusion became serious in advanced countries since the late 1990s. To conquest of social exclusion is required the multifaceted support measures, because the existing social security system is insufficient. Social exclusion does not occur by a single factor like the low income but by a pluralistic factor. Furthermore, the excluded people feel isolation because their social cohesion is weak, and it is easy to cause a deprivation of their self-esteem. ......
