抄録

The purpose of this study is to investigate degree of transcription in injection molding. We use the die made 4.6μm〜49.2μm in diagonal diameter indentations by micro Vickers hardness tester and use ABS and POM as forming resin in injection molding. As a result, diagonal diameter is transcribed accurately. On the other hand, transcription of depth isn't accurate. To make transcription of depth accurately, it is necessary to rise die temperature and injection speed.
