- 304 The Third Generation Pilot Scale Multi-Fuels Fired Boiler NO_x Control Using Indirect Plasma and Chemical Hybrid Process
抄録
The newly installed pilot-scale NO_x removal from boiler emission of various fuels, such as city gas, heavy oil, and biofuel, was performed using an indirect plasma and chemical hybrid process. The flue gas flow rate was in the range of 675〜2250 Nm^3/h, and NO_x emission was around 50 ppm in city gas firing and 100 ppm in oil firing. The fundamental NO_x removal performance of the pilot plant was investigated. A 300 min continuous operation was carried out and NO_x removal efficiency of 90%, NO_x emission of 10 ppm, was obtained when a mixed fuel (heavy oil and biofuel) was combusted.
