Abstract

LTE-Advancedにおけるヘテロジーニアスネットワークでは,従来から導入されているマクロセルのほかに,周波数利用効率の向上を目的として,ピコセルやフェムトセルがマクロセル内でオーバーレイされる.しかしながら,複数のシステムで同一の周波数を使用するとセル間干渉が問題となる。しかも,これらのセル形態はサービスエリアや使用形態が異なるため,干渉量を正確に把握することが重要となる.本報告では,まず,ヘテロジーニアスネットワークのセル間干渉の発生原因について述べるとともに,屋外-屋外間,屋外-屋内間,屋内-屋内間の電界強度測定を実施し,これらの間の短区間中央値を評価する.また,これらの実測結果をもとに,マクロセルとフェムトセル間における干渉量を定量的に評価した結果について述べる.

In heterogeneous networks on LTE-Advanced, picocell and hemtocell are incorporated inside macrocell which is a typical cell layout, to enhance the frequency utilization. However, the co-channel interference between marco and picocell/hemtocell is one of important issues when the same frequency band is used between these systems. Since the service area and antenna deployment in picocell/hemtocell are different from those in macrocell, it is important to grasp the interference temperature in heterogeneous networks. In this paper, the co-channel interference in heterogeneous networks is firstly described in detail. Then, we measure the shadowing effect when considering outdoor-outdoor, outdoor-indoor and indoor-indoor propagation. Finally, the interference temperature between macrocell and femtocell is evaluated by using measured propagation data.
