ウェーブレット変換に基づく心電図波形の解析と識別アルゴリズム  [in Japanese] Analysis and Discrimination Algorithm for Electrocardiogram Based on Wavelet Transform  [in Japanese]

Abstract

心肺停止患者に対する蘇生処置の要点は,「早期の除細動」である.本稿では,ウェーブレット変換に基づき,正常洞調律(Sinus Rhythm),心室細動(Ventricular Fibrillation : VF),心室頻拍(Ventricular Tachycardia : VT)などの心電図波形の特徴を解析し,その特徴を整理する.また,解析結果を基づき,心電図波形を識別するためのアルゴリズムを検討する.

Sudden cardiac arrest is a major public health problem and Ventricular Fibrillation (VF) is the serious arrhythmic event in most of patients suffering from sudden cardiac arrest. For this serious arrhytmic event, it is well known that the timely employment of an electrical defibrillator may lead to successful results. In this paper, on the basis of Wavelet Transform we analyze electrocardiograms such as sinus rhythm, ventricular fibrillation and so on and discuss an discrimination algorithm for waves which should apply electrical defibrillation.
