抄録

Progesterone, a human corpus luteum hormone, is widely distributed in plants and has been known to affect growth of Arabidopsis seedlings and retard antheridium formation of a fern, Lygodium japonicum. In order to quantify endogenous levels of progesterone and biosynthetically related steroids using LC-MS/MS, we labeled these steroids with deuterium. Analytical procedures using LC-MS/MS with deuterium-labeled steroids as internal standards will be presented.
