日本経済回復のための政策の展開と成熟した有権者  [in Japanese] Policy development for the recovery of the Japanese economy and the mature voter  [in Japanese]

Abstract

Since the 1990s, the Japanese economy has been getting worse and such a bad state still continues today. But, in the present day, as the number of workers with greater technical capabilities increase, the power of each organization will increase and industries will develop. As a result, the Japanese economy will improve for the better. First of all, the modern state is managed by the separation of the three powers of legislation, administration, and administration of justice. But, especially during the Liberal Democratic Party Administration age, the political situation of Japan has so far been managed by diplomatic leadership. Under the Democratic Party Administration, organized after the change of power in 2009, the national management has been led by political aims. But, for both diplomatic leadership and politician initiative, national public opinion is not reflected. Zenroren and Kakushinkon which are the organizations in which workers are concentrated, claim the way workers, companies, and the Japanese economy should progress. Their opinion has given many suggestions to the main subject of the Japanese economy. That is, workers have to heighten their technical capabilities and have to turn into mature voters who can supervise politics and administration. Therefore, it is workers that are taking the leading role of in the recovery of the Japanese economy.
